I felt good about SexEncounters.com when I first arrived on the so-called dating site. The girls look cute in the pictures and the layout didn’t look like every other shady hook up site I’ve seen. Well, my excitement didn’t last very long because I started seeing red flags right there on the front page. It all started with the terms and the mention of virtual profiles but I don’t want to get ahead of myself here. Let me start with some other issues that I learned about here.
One of the girls that came up in the slide show was a girl I recognized as an Internet model. Actually, she wasn’t even a model. It was just a common shitty image that I’ve seen on other sites online. I’m not saying she’s not a member, I’m just saying it’s a bit suspect. That’s when I started looking closer for signs of a scam.
I took a closer look at the index page and soon began dissecting the site even more. I read their claims at the bottom of the page. It clearly states that the site is 100% free for everyone that joins. Most adult dating web sites state this but many aren’t completely free. They make you pay for a membership to use all the site features. I kept looking for more proof of a scam. I found it when I looked next to the button that you have to click confirm your registration.
There is a paragraph that says that you agree to receive communications from computer generated virtual profiles. At this point, I was sure that it was a scam, but I moved forward anyway. Check out my full review of Sex Encounter and find out all the different ways that this company scams users.
Find Out Everything That’s Wrong With SexEncounters [Personal Review]
The farther I looked into SexEncounters, the more red flags I seen that indicated that this site is a complete fraud. I bet they only attract men who have never visited a hookup site before because it was obvious to me that this was a site to avoid. They use (what I think are) purchased pictures for their Virtual Profiles. They admit to having in their terms and conditions.
I did something that I normally don’t need but I did it anyway. I performed a reverse image search on a handful of profile images on SexEncounter. Some of them appeared on multiple sites that display the same images. That’s not very comforting if you ask me. They tell you that these fictitious profiles and computer automated messages are there for your entertainment, but they don’t bother to give you anything that resembles a genuine online hookup experience. Not a good thing if you ask me. I fucking hate virtual profiles and fake messaging.
Another thing that is mentioned in their fine print is that employees are paid to chat with you. Why on earth would I want to chat with a person in an office. I’m not trying to speak with employees when I’m paying for a dating site. That’s fucking ridiculous if you ask me. What this mean is that this is a site that you can not trust. How can you spend money on a hookup site when you never know if a person that contacts you is a real user? Even if they are real, you have to worry about whether they are employees or not. This is not something I am willing to chance. There are hookup sites out there that do not resort to these types of scams and I’d prefer to join those sites instead.
I have encountered some free hookup sites and apps that get me laid and are a lot better than this one. Below are some details about my personal experience, so you can see what happened after I paid for a full month membership.
By the time I was ready to register for the site, I was already fully prepared for a scam and paying attention to every detail. Guess what, I knew I was right within minutes. I began receiving messages from some really hot girls before I even uploaded a picture or filled out my profile. I knew that there were no girls this hot who would start flirting with a guy before they even seen a picture of him. In fact, I’ve never had a real woman message me prior to uploading a bio pic. Simple as that really.
I went ahead and paid the asking price of $29.95 for the monthly membership. I then got further proof of the scam. None of the girls who initially wrote me responded to my private messages. I searched the site for girls who were just my type and I sent each one of them messages. For the most part, all I got back were messages that were so obviously auto or bot generated.
How do I know? Simple, I would ask them questions just to see if they were real and I wouldn’t even get a straight answer. I finally ended up getting a girl to answer my questions. She would write me off and on, but would never give details about herself. I finally realized that she was just leading me on. It felt like this occurred at the end of the end the month on a regular basis. I didn’t spend that much time on it but I guess that is a good thing. Needless to say, I canceled my membership before I was charged again.
SexEncounters.com is pretty short on features because it’s the type of site that makes a minimal effort to please users. It’s not very professional at all (to say the least). They put forth just enough to get your money. The do not give you a whole lot to make it worth it at all. Let me talk site features…You have your standard home page (once logged in) where you can see who visited your profile, member updates, and check out new members.
The search algorithm is basic with nothing really out of the ordinary besides providing Quick Matches. These are supposed to be women who are compatible with you. I’m not sure it’s even worth using that feature given the wild goose chase with employees and fake members. In fact, none of these features are really important because there are no real members on the site that I know of.
If you want to contact the company behind this site, see below for all the information that you need. They don’t offer phone support (another sign of a shitty dating site).

Conclusion: SexEncounters Uses Employees And Virtual Profiles To Entertain
If you’ve seen one site like SexEncounters, you’ve seen them all. This site is not a real dating site. It’s a scam that encourages you to join and pay to communicate with employees and a fake messaging system. Fuck that! Not to mention, the site doesn’t come with any sex guarantee that great sites do!
Which sites really work?
Honestly, there are tons of sites that work out there. I use over half a dozen sites literally on a daily basis. If you want great results and real sex encounters then you need to start using the sites below.
