Lately, I’ve been experimenting with some of the more mainstream dating sites just to see how effective they are. That’s when I came across Mingle2. If you don’t know anything about this site, then keep reading…Mingle2 is a large dating website and app that focuses on what I like to call “social network dating.” It’s not your typical meet and bang style site, but it’s got some unique features about it that you’ll want to learn about. Have I seen most of them before? You bet I have! It’s only because I’ve been “in the game” for a long time now. I’ve done my fair share of dating and even using sextexting apps of all kinds. Sure I’ve dated some normal girls that want love but I’ve got zero tolerance for that these days. Find out more about the site today. All you need to do is keep reading.
Curious of when this site was born? Well, it was created in 2007 in Australia and it caters to those that are single and want to mingle. Yes, the site is for people looking for sexual encounters and it is available for use all across the globe. Aiming to please not only heterosexuals but also LGBT users, Mingle2 is the place to meet like-minded individuals and experience your wildest fantasies. Seeing as though I’m a curious cat when it comes to using sites to meet people, I instantly decided to try it out. I’m going to share my complete registration process with you and everything else that I learned about the website. If you want to skip the bullshit and get straight to the best sites that exist, then go to this page instead.
Mingle2.com Login Registration Process
The sign-up process takes no more than a minute and is simple as can be. New users will need to go through the process of answering a couple of basic questions, including sexual preference, date of birth, location, and as well as providing a valid e-mail address. Upon choosing your city, username, and password, you must then upload a profile picture. The site suggests that new users complete their profiles as much as possible before they start browsing.
Using Mingle2Mingle
The design of the website looks pretty outdated, quite basic, and simple AF. It doesn’t showcase a unique and creative design that will stand out, but it rather looks as if it was built upon a template. I’m not totally against templates assuming the sites work great. The Mingle2 layout is empty-looking, with sparse-looking search results list. The most annoying feature of the site are the pop-up ads that are splattered all over the place. These ads can be useful to some, but to the majority of users, they’re irritating and confusing.
There is a bigger emphasis on profile photos than profile information, and there’s not much going on. Despite the site’s claims they have a massive community, there just isn’t any activity visible to users and not many means of interaction. The main content sections can be found on the drop-down menu, including Home, Email, Matches, Who’s Online Now, My Profile, Account Settings, and Forums.
Key Site Features
Mingle2 offers several means of communication, including e-mails, instant messages, nudges, kisses, hugs, kicks, and winks. All that same stuff that Facebook and other sites offer. They’re essentially copying them. The site has a basic search feature which allows users to look for individuals in their own country and abroad. Users can easily include the distance between them and other members to gauge whether they think it’s worth chatting with them.
The Mutual Match feature shows singles who live in the local area, without the user manually searching for them. Users are given suggestions and they can approve the profile or disapprove it. If both parties click yes, then they’re added to each other’s match lists. This feature is an easy way of finding people to talk to without having to write detailed messages. Users can also see who’s online, and join the site’s forums that cover a pretty large range of topics, including dating and relationships, books, films, tech, health and sports, and a few more things. The forums are a somewhat convenient way to meet individuals with similar tastes. Members can complete their profile at any given time and include information such as marital status, kids, ethnicity, religion, drinker/smoker, and the likes. Mingle2 also has apps for both Android and iOS mobile phones.
Dating On Mingle2
Although reportedly Australia has tons of users, there still seems to be a low activity on the site, with outdated profiles. I’m using from the United States but it’s easy to tell regardless of the location. There’s not much to do besides send messages and e-mails to women, join discussions, and pray someone will text back. Members that complete their profiles get better rankings in the search algorithm results. As a result, that may mean more responses in messages, and a larger success rate. Relationships users can look for on the site include the following listed below. Of course, all I care about is casual sex:
- FWB Partner
- Casual Sex
- Serious Dating
- Just Friends
- Long-Term Dating
- Life-LongMarriage
Website Safety
Members that have issues can report to the security department. Any offensive attitude and inappropriate photos or videos can be submitted to the company. If they wish, users can block members from contacting them and turn off instant messaging. Furthermore, by turning on the “Stealth Mode”, members can browse other profiles without the other individuals being informed of it. All members must be 18 years old or older to join. That’ a good thing considering that the sites for dating. What the fuck! I mean it should be assumed that it’s for adults only!
Monthly Fees
Basic membership at Mingle2 is free of charge. However, members can always upgrade their account in order to get access to extra features. By upgrading to a paid membership, users will get features like high rankings in the search results, see if someone read their messages, and who liked them on Mutual Match. There are several packages available, including a 3-month subscription for $9.95/month, a 6-month subscription for $7.95/month, and a 1-year subscription for $71.40/month.

Conclusion: Mingle2 Might Somewhat Work But It Doesn’t Work Enough For Me To Continue
While the site sounds like it might be worth trying, I personally wouldn’t waste my time doing so again. Sure, it’s a big player in the game of Internet dating but it’s not the biggest nor the best. If you want my advice, I’d go for a site that caters more to people that just want to casually hookup. Using Mingle2mingle isn’t necessarily going to help you accomplish your hookup goals and you’re most likely not going to meet and fuck girls for free here and definitely not in a matter of 24 hours. Check out some of the sites below instead for that type of action…
