I’m not going to waste too much time babbling, instead, I’m going to share the most important things I know about hooking up in the gym or trying to hook up in the event that you’re unsuccessful.
First thing you need to know if you’re trying to hook up at the gym is that it’s never okay in interrupt someone in the middle of doing a set. Never walk up to a girl and interrupt her mid-set. It’s going to immediately eliminate your chance of getting laid. Don’t even think about it.
Also, do not try and attract someone by walking with your arms out and making a scene while lifting heavy weights. The guys that walk around like they are king kong don’t get laid in the gym. All they do is stare at each other’s chests and that’s the only action they are getting during their workout session.
